A not to be missed event: Ravello Festival
The city of music, Ravello, owes its name to one of the oldest Italian music festivals: the Ravello Festival.
It takes place every year between the end of June and August and it is made special not only by the noumerous artists coming from all over the world who perform, but also by its magnificent setting: the gardens of Villa Rufolo.
The stage is majestic, a sort of terrace with a panoramic view of the Amalfi Coast. Every year it is built for the occasion outside the parapet of the gardens, on a cliff of 15 meters.
A regular appointment for many spectators is the well-known "Concert at the sunrise", which takes place on the night between 10th and 11th August, a period of the year when if you are lucky you can see the falling stars.
To do not miss the appointment with this important cultural moment. It is possible to visit the website and consult the calendar of events, usually available from mid-May. The start of ticket sales is very much awaited, so do not miss yours!
